Release and Revive

So many people are overweight and unhealthy in the community. It has become a trend to just do what you can but be happy with the way you are.

You should be happy with the way you are but also remember to do all you can to take care of your health.

If your suffer from :constipation, leaky bowel syndrome, digestive distress, gas & bloating, skin disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, eating disorders, candida (yeast infections), allergies, muscle/joint pain, arthritis, hypertension, fibromyalgia, spastic colon, chronic breath odor, chronic fatigue, chronic body odor, headaches, toxic chemical exposures, acne, chronic skin problems, abdominal gas and bloating, lower back pain, sciatic pain, low resistance to colds and infections, low energy and vitality ... then you may need to cleanse your body's elimination system. (information from tbn-colon.com/about-ch.html

It might be time to consider some basic and healthy options for your body. For instance, colon hydrotherapy, fasting, raw food diet and other processes that will clean your intestine so that you can relieve your body of the additional waste it is holding onto.

Locate a office in your surrounding area and have a discussion with someone about your goals for your health by doing natural changes to see what you could potentially change. It could be the lifechanging task that will take you out of the negative statistics.

This is a great post. In today's world we tend to eat a lot of fast food or food that is less than healthier for our bodys...which ultimately leads to a lot of disorders and disease...which are 70% preventable if we are willing to make some healthier lifestyle choices. This is not to say we have to give up all the things we love...it's about moderation and learning healthier habits...how many sodas do you drink...not only are they loaded with sugar...they also help create that acidic environment that disease loves to harbour in. Try substituting one cool drink of H2O for one soda until you no longer have a taste for soda. I host a bi-monthly teleconference where such topics are discussed. http://www.mypearlsofhealth.com/services.aspx
