Thankful!

It is that time of year where we sit back and evaluate life. Well I sit back and evaluate my life this time of year because I like to reinvent me in the winter. I also like to make sure that I am on point with the goals I have set for myself.

Besides the business and outer success stories I have a wonderful list of things to be thankful for.

Happy Place - Music

What is one of the best ways to release stress and unwind?

What can take you to another place?

Most times a song or a particular artist can help you escape all the drama of the world.

Currently I have a few artist that really lift me no matter what. This includes:

It is something about the lyrics that make me feel they understand and want me to smile. I don't know what your favorite artist or song is but take a moment out of your day to enjoy whatever that is. You deserve it!

We Salute You!

Just imagine being a young man/woman who is told that you will be going to war. No not a fight at the corner of your neighborhood but fighting in essence for your life.

Do you see it?
Do you feel the fear?
Can you comprehend the complexity of the situation.

Today is Veterans Day and many of the men/women that have served or are serving are not being acknowledged. Why do we not see the value in all they have sacrificed?

If you know someone that has served or is serving take a moment out of your day to share your appreciation for all they do. They give more than we can ever imagine.
