In order to reach any goal that you have some little steps have to be done to really get to where you want to go. Not only do I have a lot of goals but task that arise on a daily basis. I always say now if I don't take care of something while it is on my mind I will forget. This is beyond true. I am quick to forget anything.
The solution I found to keep track of it all is a master to do list. I keep it on my phone in evernote and instead of just doing a weekly I just add to the list as new things come up. For items that are weekly or monthly I put them at the bottom because I am getting use to taking care of them but want to make sure I still keep note of them. All the new items and things I could quickly handle I put at the top and highlight when completed. This helps me not feel so crazy while tackling it all.
Try it out if you can. It doesn't have to be done through an app. You could also just use Microsoft Word to keep track with the track changes tool. That way you can see what adjustments you had to make to your list and your progress.
