Stress is the silent killer. The more I listen to the radio, watch the news and read health blogs they all stress how woman are rapidly loosing their lives to heart disease.
Lately that thought has become so very real because I realize the stress that I put on my body. How I take everything so seriously but neglect to take care of my body?
With that I have now taking the Suze Orman challenge and decided to cut out somethings this month so that I can eliminate one of the causes of my stress, which is stress from thinking about finances. With the economy the way it is and everyone fearing of loosing everything the bug did hit me. I realize that most of my money that could go to credit card debt or other bills happens to be spent in a week full of lunch or dinners out. Even though it is day 3 I see a big difference in my bank account. (soon hoping to see a difference in my body)
Coming more in tune with your body is important. It is also good to reflect the things that you can change on your own without going to a doctor and asking them what do you think after you are laying in a hospital bed. We all have a chance and choice in our health.
What are you as a woman doing to cut back on stress and stay healthy?

I decided to let go of fear and just do what I love. I am much happier that way. Sure things won't always be smooth, but instead of finding short term solutions to long term problems, I'm going to follow the passion and wait for the good things to come. That's what I'm doing to relieve some of my stress.
